Some are in older packaging, some are discontinued styles, and others arrived in shades that weren’t quite what we hoped. A few may be slightly less sparkly or a touch duller than our usual high standards, but still beautiful and totally usable for budget-conscious projects, large troupes, or mixed in with our usual high quality offerings.
